Prayer is one of the ways we can talk to our Heavenly Father. Prayer, though very personal, can move us closer to God our Father. The scriptures teach us that God hears all our prayers, He also weighs them to measure the intent of our hearts.

Some of the most beautiful prayers that I have found are Nehemiah 9 verses 1-56; Solomon's pray and plea in I Kings 8 verses 22-66; Daniel 9 verses 1-19 and the words of Our Lord Jesus in John 17 v 1-26. God heard the prayers of these men and responded to them.
